Overhanging vegetation on to pavement in Hawthordene Road

There is vegetation from the private front garden at 10 Hawthorndene Road overhanging the pavement at the junction of Hawthorndene Road and Hawthorndene Close. Please would you inspect and ask the occupant of 10 Hawthorndene Road to cut back the vegetation so that it does not obstruct the pavement.
