Spiky pyracantha and rosemary bushes causing injury when walking past on the pavement.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3996439.

This plant is overgrown and obstructing the footpath. It can be very painful to walk past if it scratches you. It needs to be removed.
