Bins/hedges on pavement - Regent Street

Reported via desktop anonymously at 06:40, Sun 27 November 2022

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The residents of Regent Street -mainly students - leave the bins on pavements permanently and foul gullies. Both pavements - not possible to walk on the footpath path with a push chair or even a single human due to bins and front garden o/growth.

Councils: ensure residents place their bins in their property - mostly HMOs that do not pay Council Tax and get two parking permits per household - and ensure notices are given for hedge a trim.
