Blocked storm water drain

Sent to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3995971.

Blocked storm water drain front of pub, drain leads into Bourne rivulet. Also drain in front of four ways is partially blocked.
