Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3991910.

This car BK65UJB has been parked outside Dominoes for 6 months. This is in a 1 hour parking bay. MOT Expired 2 months ago. No valid car insurance. Absolute joke, nothing being done. Already reported before.
