Blocked road drain

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Winchester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3991388.

With very heavy rain the road drain is unable to cope with the volume of water & it backs onto the road which is degrading due to this

    Hi when there is rain the drain overfills & them floods to entrance to Fleming Place. The road surface is seriously degraded& has weeds within. Can someone at least clear out the road drain.Many thanks
