Large pot hole exposing man hole on Lower Road

This drain cover was tarmaced over to stop noise being heard by residents. The tarmac has eroded & opened up the road surface exposing the metal man hole. This is a hazard to cyclists & motorbike which can burst tryes.

Please can the drain cover be tarmaced over again to stop the noise & fix the opening of the road. The noise & tamac eroding has become an issue over last couple of weeks.

    The tarmac has eroded again & keeps eroding. This has caused corner of man hole to surface & is particular danger to cyclists & motorbikes. The man hole keeps making sounds when vehicles pass over which is causing sleep problems. Please another option be looked at other than tarmacing over again if possible, as it keeps eroding.

    The tarmac has eroded again. This is dangerous for cyclists & motorcycles who are avoiding riding over the edge. The drain cover keeps making loud banging noise & we can't get to sleep properly. The drain cover has been tarmaced over many times but keeps eroding. Please please can a permanent solution be looked at & fixed permanently.

    The tarmac has eroded again. The drain cover keeps making banging sounds when vehicles pass over it. This keeps most of waking up at night & unable to sleep properly. Please can this be fixed & some other solution be looked at as tarmac keeps eroding.

    Tarmac has eroded again & making loud banging noise. This is causing sleepless nights. This is also a danger to cyclists & motorbikes as raised drain edge. Please please can can I request another solution than keep tarmacing as keeps eroding.
