Greatly worn away cycle lane markings!

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3987694.

The cycle lane markings along Old road from the Gipsy Lane Junction all the way along the road towards the Lime Road junction has worn away and desperately needs re-painting! I'm constantly told this will be done but nothing ever happens. Why is this?
