Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3986217.

Enfield started a programme of tree pruning in Prince George Avenue, Oakwood in October - focussing on very high Horse Chestnut trees. The work is incomplete. There are notices on the unprimed trees that the work will be done in week beginning 13 October!
