Sprained my ankle - disabled user

Reported via Android in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 10:00, Wed 23 November 2022

Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3986203.

Was carrying a box to charity shop and didn't see the pavement was so badly uneven, went flying forwards with a box in my hands which twisted my ankle, knee, hip and nearly ended up with broken bones. I have fibromyalgia so this kind of injury caused a great deal of distress and pain for a couple of weeks and hurt my confidence. I think the pavement is sunken due to people parking there, it's narrow anyway so you couldn't get a scooter or pram along there easily, plus you can't really see how bad it is before you walk there because the cars parked halfway makes the pathway narrow. Incredibly dangerous for anyone with limited mobility or balance like myself. Please advise me how this will be fixed, I'm also wanting to claim for the distress and pain - corina.darnborough@gmail.com
