BINS out side COSTCUTTER

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3985070.

On 21/11/22 whilst walking past Cost Cutter Teelin Close St Mary;s Bay I saw one of the workers disposing of waste paper and he had dropped most of it on the floor. I brought it to his attention as he was returning into the shop without attempting to pick it up. I stated that left there on the floor it would blow all down our street to which he rudely replied f off and midn your own business. He then returned to the shop. I told him it was my busines as I generally pick up litter around the area. This has been going on for quite some time and they seem to be very cavalier about their refuse
