Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3983689.

There's lots of litter on the pavements and streets and is looking very messy. Because it's been raining a lot of it is stuck to the pavement and is a bit of a eyesore. It has been like this for a couple of weeks, it is the whole of Hopefield Road between Narborough Road and Compton Road
