  • Lcc claimed they don't own the lighting dispite it being a main road through the town the roundabout was built here in 2013 when a major housing estate was built the new estate isn't yet adopted by the council gussing the council classing the roundabout as responsibleility of housing developer even though before the was was Lcc council. I don't know who was the main developer the new estate.
