Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3978334.

Flooding yet again on Downfield Road past the farm and outside the last houses going down away from the village .The ditch has been filled in and drives of houses covering where the ditch once was. It floods every time we have heavy rain . About time it was sorted
