Blocked gully outside 739 Bishport avenue that is causing the area to flood 2ft into the road at 2-3 inches high. This causes lots of issues in the winter as the water from rainfall/frost does not drain and turns into ice creating an ice rink effect on the road which is very dangerous for pedestrians and vehicles
