Flooding of cycle lane

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later

In heavy rain as took place on 17 Nov 2022 the cycle lane North Bound leading up to the traffic lights is flooded with several inches of standing water. This is a safety hazard for bicycles as you cannot see below the surface for additional hazards such as debris
