TRIP HAZARD

Poor quality repair of tarmac on pavement. The mound has tyre tracks so either the repair gang used a vehicle wheel to roll it or they didn't bother at all and a subsequent parked vehicle squashed the soft tarmac.

Either way - shoddy work.
