Delme Roundabout traffic light phasing

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3968334.

I believe the phasing is out on the traffic lights on the Delme Roundabout as every morning and evening (rush hour) the traffic is queing round the roundabout and anyone trying to get out of East Street or the A32 do not stand a chance and totalling rely on someone letting them out. More often than not the traffic is queing all the way back up East Street because of this. This has been going on for about 18 months now.
