Traffic lights timings change?

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3968109.

In the last couple of weeks, the queues to join M27 as you come from Fareham have increased massively for all 3 lanes (including the left hand lane going towards Southampton). The queue on the two right hand lanes starts soon after Fareham Tesco. This is true for most of the morning (7-10am).

Can this be investigated, please? Could it be that the traffic lights timings have gone wrong (or have been changed on purpose)?
