This area is local authority owned and because it has been unkempt the area has become overgrown and is now leaning heavily over the fence and into the private gardens of 6 Somerset Close. This man is disabled - if he goes out into his garden and the fencing collapse this would be due to the significant weight of overgrown and unkempt area owned by BCKLWN.
