Over grown bushes

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3963471.

Number 5 mallard close in burton latimer. the garden has two large bushes in the front that are about 2 foot over the pavement and when their car is parked on the pavement it is impossible to walk by so one has to go into the road to walk past which is very dangerous!
