Blocked drains from leaves and debris from trees in council owned park causing blocked drains

Sent to Adur District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3962639.

Drains are blocked in the middle corner of the road on Eighth Avenue, with the excessive rain we are experiencing the whole corner of the road floods regularly and threatens to ingress into the houses in the corner (18, 20, 22 and 24). The council has not cleaned these drains for years, they used to be done regularly.
