Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3960875.

Some new lights have been put in. However the lights shine straight down with no light spread. It is pitch black outside the Old Vicarage which at the same place red berries fall on the pavement so you need to be able to see for your footing and be safe working along the path.
