In July 2020 I first reported this problem, and have just accessed the footpath for the first time in a couple of years, and disappointed to find nothing has been done, meaning the problem has got far worse. It's a danger to walkers, cyclists and animals. Cycling in the dark could mean someone has an almighty accident
