Sent to Leicestershire County Council and Melton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3959290.

There is a floral tribute to a person that has left for over six months . As it sits in a car inner tube ( non- biodegradable) should it be removed ? It could be a distraction to passing motorists .

It still remains close to the edge if the road - easy to blow into the road.
