Sent to Leicestershire County Council and North West Leicestershire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3958663.

Charnwood flats a run down eyesore. The building and surrounding areas are a total mess and have been for many years. Large amount of litter on the ground within the area and then blowing out onto London road/ Forest road. Greenery looks like a jungle. Doors/windows boarded up, signage hanging off. Please can NWLDC reach out to me to discuss please. Hopefully a quiet word with the owners, could resolve these matters. Building is at the gateway to our town and gives a very bad impression.
