Fly tipping in Devonshire Road N13

Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3958583.

Lots of domestic waste around large bins at junction of Devonshire Road and Alderman’s Hill. It’s an almost continuous problem but particularly bad today. Either they are being used by people not entitled to use them or they are not collected often enough or they are too small.
