Street light on Bank Lane not working Brixham

Streetlight 2 on Bank Lane is off, when it should be on (when it is night and dark). It is also situated at the end of an alley between two buildings. Many pedestrians use this a lot between the central car park and bus terminal into Fore Street. It is the only streetlight which casts any light into the alley so without it the alley may be unsafe.
