Not enough street lighting

My van (which I was driving at the time) was involved in a head on collision with a deer at speed (60 mph). The incident took place at night time, and because there was no street lighting, the collision was unavoidable. I feel that there should be an improvement in the amount street lighting at that place, because if there had been better lighting the collision that I had could have been avoided.
