Blocked drains outside 171 Castelnau

All the drains outside 171 Castelnau (and opposite) are totally blocked with leaves and debris. The roads were completely flooded on 6th November (see photo attached) as the heavy rain could not drain away as the drains are blocked. This is likely to cause further flooding not only of the roads but also our properties. If the drains are not unblocked immediately, we shall be holding Richmond council responsible for any flooding issues.
