Double yellow lines - request

Please could you kindly consider painting double yellow lines in front of a dropped curb which is in place for residents of Pollards Close to access their private car park. Cars are regularly parked in such a way which blocks access to the dropped curb forcing residents to mount the curb to enter their own private car park. Many thanks in advance.
