Blocked drain

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3952865.

Northbound Lane towards the m27 junction. The drainage is terrible as whenever it rains the left hand lane is completely flooded. This causes vehicles to swerve to avoid it and could be extremely dangerous for motorcycles, especially in the dark.

This has been like this for years, so in struggle to believe the highways are not aware.
