Flooded access footway to railway station

Reported via Android in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 09:02, Wed 9 November 2022

Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3950184.

This road (now fenced to a pathway due to major TfW works) is often flooded for its entire length during wet periods i.e. most of the time. It is the only pedestrian access to the up-line from Taff's Well without having to walk at least 400m along a busy road and then cross the steep footbridge from the down-line.
