Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3949918.
This has been a hazard now for over 4 months and I’ve been chasing following a number of trips and accidents with one lady in her 80s having to go to A&E. it’s invisible following resurfacing on Mill Lane as before it was a different colour tarmac. Angus from Infrastructure highways has promised me this has been authorised by a different department but following weekly emails and chasing nothing has happened. Legal cases are now being submitted following another trip this week. Please please can you action and give me a date as it’s a popular walking route to the ford, canal and castle and it’s only a matter of time with elderly residents and visitors when the outcome will be even worse

I believe a man called Nick Cole from Highways visited on 24th Nov whilst I was away on holiday and he knocked on the door and spoke with my husband to say that he would be submitting a report. No indication on when this would be rectified and as of today still this hasn’t been done!! Please advise
