Cars parking on cycle lane and pavement

Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3948438.

I am referring to the north side of Billet Road between Durban Road and Kimberley Road. This is a double yellow road and cars keep parking on the cycle lane and pavement, particularly in the early evening. Between 5-7 pm, there are usually 1-3 cars parked illegally at any given moment. This has been an issue for at least the last year.
