Pavement completely blocked

This car not only blocks the pavement, it is parked right in the mouth of the road causing an obstruction to vehicles entering and leaving the road.

  • Suggestions: (i) I think parking enforcement in B'grove is done for the District Council by Wychavon DC; so perhaps you should contact parking services at WDC directly. Details on the Wychavon DC website. (I realise BDC should pass on this issue to WDC - however I'm not aware that they'll do it quickly!) (ii) Contact your BDC Ward Councillors. (iii) Contact the LOCAL policing team - details on the West Mercia website - they MIGHT be able to help deal with this case of obstruction. GOOD LUCK. And get the reg. no. of the vehicles involved. I realise that to get any enforcement etc.is extremely difficult!!!
