  • Water running like a stream along footway in Linksway -Folkestone rear of Sainsburys car park causing pedestrians to walk in the road every time it rains heavily! The trees and ivy adjoining the footway really need to be trimmed right back and a proper fence installed it’s become a rubbish dump and rats can be seen ,is this Council land.! The drain inside Sainsbury’s car park is blocked by the steps is this a Council drain !
