Lamp post outside number 4.

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3942826.

The lamp is incredibly bright and shines directly into my bedroom window, and affects the house across the street too. Is it possible to put a shade on so it shines down but not out to the sides?
