Enfield council turned the borough into a ghetto of unlicensed multi occupancy and fly tipping

Reported via desktop in the Flytipping category anonymously at 21:03, Sat 5 November 2022

Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3941563.

I have reported too many unlicensed multi occupancy flats and houses, with huge amounts of people crammed into small living spaces. They fly tip and do not pay council tax as most are not registered with the council. My pleas have been absolutely ignored. Today I watched twenty people come out of a van on Bourne Hill, dump their waste on the street then move into a tiny flat. I asked for the landlord’s details - which they refused - so I could report them. On the next road - Eaton road, there was so much dumped filth I collected it. I could not carry the quilt which is common multi occupancy fly tip. When I did this they then moved the waste into the overflowing bin. The council are forcing us to live in this filth and are literally doing nothing. The housing department officer needs to be held accountable, as does the person in charge of space. I have all of the addresses, after years of investigation. Enfield council online claim to prosecute fly tippers - this is not the case. I am sending all of the images to SadiqKhan and the Labour Party. Nobody should be forced to live this way.
