Blocked drain on Newbury Hill opposite Kings Walk

Sent to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3938388.

This drain has been filled with soil for years. I have reported it before and nothing happened. In the recent rain, it was really noticeable that the drain wasn't working - I fear it could contribute to flooding further down the hill.
