Hanging out Laundry

Sent to Cheltenham Borough Council and Gloucestershire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 39377.

For some unknown reason, people on the first floor of 16 Evesham Road, Cheltenham think that they live in Little Italy, New York rather than in a conservation area of Cheltenham.

They constantly hang out their laundry on the balcony. What can be don to stop this, it looks unsightly
