Large ridge of tarmac

Reported via Android in the Other Road Issues category anonymously at 18:25, Wed 2 November 2022

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3933777.

There is a rather large ridge of tarmac that has been pushed up across the road, just after the 40mph gateway signs, but before you reach the main part of the bridge that goes over the motorway (coming out from Hedge end village). I think it has steadily gotten worse over the last year, and when driving over it within the speed limit, it makes a big joult to your car. Every time. I think it stretches across both lanes. There is another road (Hamble Lane) with exactly the same issue, but I will report that one separately.
