This car is untaxed, blocking pavement of sheltered housing street and is in an Access only street

    This vehicle (3.5 tonnes) is stationed directly opposite my house for weeks at a time. It is rarely absent and I have never seen the owner. it is parked over the pavement, close to a junction and is a hazard in an access-only road. It totally obliterates the view from no 26's window. I am 82 and my blood pressure rises when I look out from my house (21), as though an ambulance is outside waiting to take me into hospital. It is upsetting and spoiling my everyday enjoyment of living here, It is also an inconvenience by restricting road access to my garage
