Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3927265.

This flooded area is a regular occurrence when entering the estate or walking /cycling on the road or foot paths, there is no avoiding in ,it creates lots of thick mud also near the houses,. this problem is becoming a nuisance and needs to be sorted out asap
