Parking on the pavement on the corner of road

Residents and visitors of 126 Featherston drive burbage LE10 2PP constantly parking a large van and cars on the pavement & corner of a very busy road This has been the case for the past 9-12 months The vehicles are: 1) blocking dropped curved disability access 2)Near misses of Children crossing from school by vehicles on a weekly basis due to drivers being unable to see 3) public buses struggling to pass at times due to lack of visibility 4) blocking visibility making it hazardous

Surely this is completely illegal?? It’s a miracle that no accident has taken place as of yet
