Large dangerous neglected oak tree blocking out street lighting on public footpath alleyway leading to disabled bungalows numbers 9/11/13 Mayfair. The alleyway is used by resident wheelchair uses and at night have to use touches because it is so dark down alleyway because of the poor lighting.
