Traffic lights at GWR/Byres Road junction do not give any allowance to pedestrians

Reported via desktop in the Traffic lights category anonymously at 16:50, Sat 29 October 2022

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3923558.

I currently need to use crutches following an operation. The Green Man at these traffic lights appears for no longer than 10 seconds whereas cars retain the priority. Elderly and disabled persons do not appear to ave any consideration at these lights and it would be great in 2022, with GCC promoting active travel, that pedestrians could be given more a priority at these lights and be given more than 10 seconds to enable them to cross the road - particularly when there has invariably been a lengthy wait for the green man to appear
