Waste bins left on pavement outside No’s 1, 34, 37, 42 & 42a all day every day of the week blocking wheel chairs and pedestrians and push chairs

    This is the FORTH report to LBWF and I can only again report a pathetic lack of interest and / or action by the borough. LBWF need take care. I witnessed a young lad playing in the road and to avoid a bin on the pavement he ran in the road and was nearly hit by a car. These bins are left on the pavement outside numbers 33,37,34,40 and 40a.
