Overhanging Trees & Bushes

In Abingdon, Oxfordshire, on the path/cycle path that runs from Dunmore Road, opposite the pedestrian crossing leading to Tilsley Park, at MULTIPLE locations along the length of the path/cycle path there are tree branches that hang down, below head height and bushes which have grown out from properties so they encroach to a considerable degree across the width of the path/cycle path. At one particular point, where there is a significant bend in the path, close to 39a Foster Road, the is a mass of bushes which have grown across approximately 50% of the path/cycle path (no exaggeration) and they constitute a real danger to pedestrians and cyclists in terms of blocked vision and darkness. It is obvious that no cutting back of the trees/bushes along this path/cycle route has taken place for years. Given that Winter is now upon us. Could something please be done as the encroachment of the bushes and trees really is a danger to the safety of those who use the path/cycle path. Thank you

The bushes have still not been cut back, so the path is still partially blocked to pedestrians and cyclists.
