Overgrown trees bushes blocking footpath and street light

Trees and bushes overgrown, looks like it only gets a light trim, also it's covering street light on footpath leading to priory park. If the home opposite had a fence up it would be even narrower. Problem is at the very far end of poppy close locks heath and has been reported previously. Cheers
